Answering the changing demands of the retail world and to cope with the challenges of Covid limitations we have a team of trainers in place who render virtual trainings, host social media accounts, local Whatsapp Groups and produce online content to ensure that retail- and OEM sales staff is trained in the best way possible and that they can be in constant touch with the brand for engagement and exchange.

Now we cover 13 different European countries, hosting trainings and interacting with the local retail staff in 6 different languages.

With central project management, consistent training concepts and local customisation and consolidated reportings to compare benchmarks across the different countries we were able to help AMD grow its market share to above 35%.
